Company Profile

DMI-Systems AG was established in December 1997 as Diakomedinform GmbH and subcompany of Ev.-luth. Diakonissen-Mutterhaus Rotenburg (Wümme) e.V. The main goal was to create a company that offers consulting services as well as training courses for staff in the healthcare sector.

 

In January 2001 Diakomedinform GmbH was converted into DMI-Systems AG. By taking on new staff and developing new structures a dynamic, innovative and growing company was created. In the meantime, DMI-Systems AG has established itself as a reliable partner in this area by constantly developing new ideas and offering top quality services. 

The largest single stockholder is the chief executive, Mr. Michael Ehlebracht. The foundation Ev.-luth. Diakonissen-Mutterhaus Rotenburg (Wümme) holds a 24% share of the registered capital which amounts to €150,010.00. The supervisory board consists of the economist Mr. Heinz Kölking (chairman), Prof. Dr. med. Hans-Fred Weiser and Mr. Christoph Welscher (attorney-at-law).

 

The DMI-Systems AG is a consultancy in the healthcare and welfare sector. We advise our clients regarding projects that are not part of their core competence and together we realize these projects.

 

DMI-Systems AG’s main focus is consultancy and training in the DRG field and the success of accomplished projects proves our special qualification in this area.
